A busy Day

We’ve had a busy day today, apart from the normal rounds of cleaning and feeding the 73 hogs we have in, 15 hogs have had the second of their 3 lungworm injections. Some of the new entries are coughing up lungworm after having their first lungworm regime, so they are having antibiotics and a Bronchodilator & mucolytic oral preparation too. This will assist them in coughing up the dead lungworms, and also help with any infection caused by the worms or the coughing.

There is still probably another 1.5 hours work left to do, then off to bed for maybe 5 hours!
