Cuteness alert!
We managed a quick peek at one of the litters of hoglets last night while changing their mum’s food and water bowl.
These hoglets are 6 days old. We think there is possibly a 4th hoglet under mum.
I haven’t had time to collate a post about yesterday’s madness, so I’m not going to do one now, but
Feeding time – they’re not so bad at this age. At least these can go 7 – 8 hours overnight
We have had another hog brought in this evening, as it was noticed hobbling about during the day, and the finders also recognised that it was dehydrated.
We gave it a check over, and noticed that it’s back right leg had been cut almost through, and that broken bones were visible.
