Another hoglet

Another one of today’s entries, an approximately 3 week old hoglet, found out alone at lunchtime in Lytchett Minster. Was observed from a distance for some time, but no sign of mum or of the hoglet knowing where he needed to be.

He was picked up, placed in a box and given some dog meat, which he ate ravenously. We were called, and collected him 20 minutes later.

He is now in an incubator getting warm.
