Two more entries

Two more entries this evening, a young female with lots of broken spines and both centre toes ripped off her front left foot. She has had the wound cleaned and treated, been given two lots of subcutaneous fluids and is an incubator with food and water. She is very lethargic and has made no attempt to eat or drink yet.

The other is a female hoglet weighing 72g, found out alone ‘sunbathing’ – she has been given subcutaneous fluids and is in an incubator with food and water, which she has not touched yet.

Lots of changes tonight, some hogs moved into the garden hutches, some from incubators into cages, some from small cages into larger cages.

Busy, busy, busy.
