Wareham hogs

Two little hoglets in from Wareham vets this afternoon, one male hoglet, 130g, was found in the road outside the vets practice. It had over 50 ticks removed at the vets, and is now in one of our ICU’s.

We had just got home with this one, when they called again for another one – a 95g female, was handed in to the vet by a member of public. No obvious injuries, just cold and dehydrated.

She is now in the same ICU as the hoglet above.
