Grabbed by a dog

We had this 754g adult male hog brought in this evening, after it had been grabbed by a dog.

He was quite flat from dehydration, and has a couple of puncture wounds. He also has an old injury to his right hind foot, and only has one toe remaining.

We have given him subcutaneous fluids, pain relief and antibiotics. He will remain with us for observations for at least the next week, before possibly being released.
