Hamworthy Hedgehog Rescue

This poor female hog came in over the weekend after being found struggling to walk during the daytime.

She had a horrible smell, so we knew something was badly wrong. Upon examination it was very apparent that one of her back legs was very badly broken, and possibly her pelvis. There was also a massive infection and lots of necrotic tissue.

This lass was taken straight to the vets for euthanasia due to unsurvivable injuries and infection.
