Hamworthy Hedgehog Rescue

Anakin

This old boy, named Anakin, was found in the middle of a road, not moving. He has lots of broken spikes but no obvious injuries. He was given subcutaneous fluids and is now at EVC vets to be checked for internal injuries.

We think he has had a glancing blow from a car that sent him rolling, hence all the broken spikes.

He appears to be quite an old chap, he is very ginger and the pigment has gone from his feet.

We are hoping that the outcome from the vets will be good.
