We’re having a busy time of it lately, and today is no exception – 30 plus phone calls, seven new entries and 5 released to the wild today so far.
One of the new entries has fallen foul of a strimmer, with a large patch of spikes having been sliced off from its back, and a large laceration wound.
Please just take the time to check before you strim or mow your garden, there could be wildlife living where you want to cut – newts, lizards, frogs, mice, hedgehogs etc. Those few extra minutes could save a creature’s life, or prevent serious injuries to them.
